Renard Plus TR-24
The Renard Plus TR-24 is a full power (24 amp) controller designed using
the Renard protocol. Renard is the name of a computer-controlled,
PIC-based dimmer scheme. This design uses a PIC micro-controller capable
of outputting 24 channels and can be daisy-chained, use one-direction
RS485 for input. This controller requires a personal computer to send it
real-time sequences of dimmer commands to the controller.

- Diming from 0% to 100%
- Fading from 1 to 255
- Controlled from PC using Vixen or Light Show software
- RS485 controlled
- Can be daisy chained with Renard controllers
- Designed to fit into CG cases using existing holes
- Reduced parts count, less building errors
- Either 120 or 220 voltage input
- 2 Input AC buses rated at 12 amps each (24 amp total)
- Program PIC on board using standard ICSP header
- REN-W header (No board modifications required to use Xbee wireless)
- Onboard diagnostic LED's (active all of the time)
- DMX capable
- PIC Bypass
- Removable RS485 terminator
- Uses newer 32 Mhz PIC on a single chip
